"The essence of design for me is to find a balance between beauty and usability of form. As a designer I am constantly on the move, observing the world and opening up to the people I meet, listening, exchanging views. I want to get to what is essential, what makes one want to live better. My aim is to contribute to things that bring joy, comfort and satisfaction. I attach great importance to being in harmony with nature, and I realise how important ecology is. When designing, I look for solutions that are best for our environment. Achieving a balance in this respect is my greatest challenge."
